Cheesy Baked Chicken Flautas

Chicken Flautas
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 12–15 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 low-carb tortillas (Mission Zero Net Carb Street Taco or similar)
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Neufchâtel cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for brushing)

Optional toppings & dips: guacamole, salsa, Greek yogurt or sour cream, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Lightly grease sheet or basket.
  2. Mix Filling: Combine chicken, cheeses, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Assemble: Spoon filling onto bottom third of each tortilla, roll tightly, place seam-side down.
  4. Cook: Brush with oil and bake 12–15 min (oven) or 8–10 min (air fryer), flipping once.
  5. Serve: Top with cilantro and serve with dips of choice.
