Cheesy Baked Chicken Flautas

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 4 low-carb tortillas (Mission Zero Net Carb Street Taco or similar)
- ½ cup shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Neufchâtel cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for brushing)
Optional toppings & dips: guacamole, salsa, Greek yogurt or sour cream, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat: Oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Lightly grease sheet or basket.
- Mix Filling: Combine chicken, cheeses, and spices in a bowl.
- Assemble: Spoon filling onto bottom third of each tortilla, roll tightly, place seam-side down.
- Cook: Brush with oil and bake 12–15 min (oven) or 8–10 min (air fryer), flipping once.
- Serve: Top with cilantro and serve with dips of choice.
