Ingredients
- 1 cup Fairlife milk or high-protein milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 4 tbsp sweetener, such as monk fruit, stevia, or allulose
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- pinch salt
- optional vanilla extract
- optional crushed graham cracker or berries for topping
Kev Tip
Use zest and juice.
Lemon juice gives the tartness, but lemon zest gives the real lemon dessert flavor. Don’t skip the zest if you want this to taste like more than just tangy yogurt.
Make It Fit Your Macros
Lower calorie: use nonfat Greek yogurt and fat-free Fairlife.
More dessert-like: add crushed graham cracker or a little whipped topping.
Higher protein: mix in a little vanilla protein powder, but add extra milk if it gets too thick.

Storage / Texture Notes
This is best eaten once softly frozen. If frozen solid, let it sit at room temperature until scoopable or blend it briefly to bring back the creamy texture.
Instructions
- 1Blend or whisk together Fairlife milk, Greek yogurt, sweetener, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- 2Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as needed. The mixture should taste slightly sweeter than you want the final frozen version to taste.
- 3Transfer to a freezer-safe container.
- 4Freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring every 30–45 minutes to help keep the texture creamy.
- 5Let soften slightly before scooping.
- 6Top with berries, graham cracker crumbs, or extra lemon zest if desired.
Weight Loss / Dessert Swap Notes
Light but still satisfying.
This works well as a higher-protein dessert because it gives you sweetness, volume, and tart flavor without needing a heavy cream base.
Best texture move.
Stirring while it freezes matters. It breaks up ice crystals and keeps the frozen yogurt softer and more scoopable.
