Ingredients

  • 4 strawberries, diced
  • 240 ml coconut milk, Fairlife milk, or unsweet almond milk
  • 1 serving vanilla or strawberry protein powder (e.g., Premier Protein Vanilla)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Blend 8 strawberries with 1 tbsp water to create a smooth puree.
  2. Dice 4 strawberries and set aside.
  3. In a separate container, blend 240 ml milk of choice with 1 scoop protein powder.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and diced strawberries. Pour in strawberry puree, then protein milk.
