Ingredients

  • 8 strawberries (for blending)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 strawberries, diced
  • 240 ml coconut milk, Fairlife milk, or unsweet almond milk
  • 1 serving vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Blend 8 strawberries with 1 tbsp water to create a smooth purée.
  2. Dice 4 strawberries and set aside.
  3. Blend 240 ml milk of choice with 1 scoop protein powder.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and diced strawberries. Pour in strawberry purée, then protein milk.
  5. Stir or shake to combine. Enjoy!
