- 1 lb sweet potatoes, cubed

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
Hot Honey Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar-free honey or syrup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1–2 tbsp water, as needed
Cabbage-Carrot Slaw
- 4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrot
- 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free honey or syrup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
