Chocolate Ice Cream Ninja Creami

Rich, creamy chocolate ice cream with a high-protein base.

This Chocolate Ice Cream Ninja Creami is the simple classic: chocolatey, cold, creamy, and easy to make fit. It uses a lighter milk base, protein powder, cocoa, and pudding mix for that smooth Creami texture without needing a ton of cream or added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 225g Fairlife fat-free milk
  • 225g unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, about 30g
  • 8g sugar-free chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1–2 tbsp monk fruit or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • optional splash of milk for respin
  • optional mini chocolate chips, crushed cookie, or PB powder drizzle

Kev Tip

Salt makes chocolate taste more chocolatey. Don’t skip the tiny pinch of salt. It balances the sweetness and makes the cocoa and protein powder taste more like real ice cream.
Make It Fit Your Macros Lower calorie: keep it plain and use almond milk for half the liquid.
Higher protein: use Fairlife for the full liquid amount.
More dessert-like: add mini chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, or a peanut butter drizzle after spinning.
Storage / Creami Notes Freeze the base flat for the best texture. If the first spin comes out powdery, add a splash of milk and respin until creamy.

Instructions

  1. 1In a Ninja Creami pint, whisk together the Fairlife milk, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, pudding mix, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until fully smooth.
  2. 2Taste the base and adjust sweetness if needed. It should taste a little stronger and sweeter than you want the final ice cream to taste.
  3. 3Freeze the pint on a flat surface for 24 hours.
  4. 4Spin on Lite Ice Cream or Ice Cream setting.
  5. 5If the texture is powdery or crumbly, add a small splash of milk and respin until creamy.
  6. 6Add any optional mix-ins after the base is creamy, then run the Mix-In cycle.
  7. 7Serve immediately for the best texture.

Weight Loss / Dessert Swap Notes

Simple is the win here. This is a strong default Creami recipe because it gives you the chocolate ice cream feel with controlled calories and a solid protein base.
Texture move. For the smoothest base, blend everything before freezing instead of just whisking. This helps the cocoa, protein powder, and pudding mix dissolve evenly.
