Ingredients
- 250g whole milk (approx. 1 cup)
- 250g unsweetened vanilla almond milk (approx. 1 cup)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener (or preferred sweetener)
- 8g sugar-free pudding mix (about 1 tbsp)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Instructions
- Mix: Combine all ingredients in a blender or bowl until smooth.
