Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225g) whole milk (Fairlife recommended)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or 1 tsp sugar-free pudding mix
  • 1.5–2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (e.g. Axe & Sledge)
  • 2 tbsp Torani sugar-free chocolate sauce
  • 1 serving Gatsby Chocolate Brownie Bar, chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend Base: Combine all ingredients except the brownie bar and blend until smooth.
  2. Freeze: Pour into Ninja Creami container and freeze for 12–24 hours.
