Ingredients

  • 225g Fairlife whole milk or 2% milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or 1 tsp sugar-free pudding mix
  • 1.5–2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Torani sugar-free chocolate sauce
  • 1 serving Gatsby Chocolate Brownie Bar, chopped
  • optional pinch of salt
  • optional splash of almond milk for respin

Kev Tip

Make the base taste extra chocolatey before freezing. Frozen foods taste less sweet and less intense, so the base should taste a little stronger than you want the finished Creami to taste.
Make It Fit Your Macros Lower calorie: skip the heavy cream or use Fairlife 2% instead of whole milk.
Higher protein: add 1/2 scoop more chocolate protein powder and a splash more milk.
More dessert-like: add extra brownie bar pieces after spinning, but track the mix-ins.
Storage / Creami Notes Freeze flat for 12–24 hours. If the texture is crumbly after the first spin, add a splash of almond milk and respin until creamy.

Instructions

  1. 1Blend Fairlife milk, almond milk, heavy cream, xanthan gum or pudding mix, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, chocolate sauce, and optional salt until smooth.
  2. 2Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 12–24 hours.
  3. 3Spin on Lite Ice Cream or Gelato mode.
  4. 4If the texture is powdery or crumbly, add a splash of almond milk and respin.
  5. 5Add chopped Gatsby Chocolate Brownie Bar and run the Mix-In cycle.
  6. 6Serve immediately for the creamiest texture.

Weight Loss / Dessert Swap Notes

Control the mix-ins and this fits easily. The Creami base gives you protein and volume. Most of the extra calories come from cream and brownie bar pieces, so adjust those based on the goal.
Best texture move. Blend the base instead of whisking. Cocoa powder, protein powder, and xanthan gum need full mixing to avoid a chalky or icy texture.
