Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Slap Ya Mama seasoning (or Cajun seasoning of choice)
  • Fresh green beans (trimmed)
  • Avocado oil (for green beans)

Sriracha Mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2–3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and let sit at room temp for 30 min. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken on both sides with Cajun seasoning. Toss green beans with oil and seasoning.
  3. Cook chicken in air fryer or oven for 20 min, or until internal temp is 165°F and skin is crispy.
  4. Roast green beans at 425°F for ~15 min until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Mix mayo, sriracha, and lemon juice (optional) to make dipping sauce.
  6. Serve chicken and green beans with a dollop of sriracha mayo.
