Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- Slap Ya Mama or Cajun seasoning
- Fresh green beans, trimmed
- Avocado oil
Sriracha Mayo
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and let sit at room temp 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.
- Season chicken generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Toss green beans with avocado oil and seasoning.
- Cook chicken 20 minutes or until skin is crispy and internal temp hits 165°F.
- Roast green beans at 425°F for about 15 minutes.
- Mix mayo, sriracha and lemon juice to make sauce.
