Crispy Cajun Chicken Thighs with Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- Slap Ya Mama seasoning (or Cajun seasoning of choice)
- Fresh green beans (trimmed)
- Avocado oil (for green beans)
Sriracha Mayo
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and let sit at room temp for 30 min. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken on both sides with Cajun seasoning. Toss green beans with oil and seasoning.
- Cook chicken in air fryer or oven for 20 min, or until internal temp is 165°F and skin is crispy.
- Roast green beans at 425°F for ~15 min until tender and slightly charred.
- Mix mayo, sriracha, and lemon juice (optional) to make dipping sauce.
- Serve chicken and green beans with a dollop of sriracha mayo.
