Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Slap Ya Mama or Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh green beans, trimmed
  • Avocado oil

Sriracha Mayo

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2–3 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and let sit at room temp 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.
  3. Season chicken generously with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Toss green beans with avocado oil and seasoning.
  5. Cook chicken 20 minutes or until skin is crispy and internal temp hits 165°F.
  6. Roast green beans at 425°F for about 15 minutes.
  7. Mix mayo, sriracha and lemon juice to make sauce.
  8. Serve chicken with green beans and sriracha mayo.
