Chocolate Chip Cookies
Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are simple, buttery cookies that keep the classic chocolate chip vibe while staying lower in carbs. Almond flour keeps them soft and tender, while the chocolate chips give just enough sweetness to feel like a real treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp powdered Swerve or stevia
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Lily's baking chips
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Great with coffee or tea for a lighter dessert option.
Want more chocolate in each bite? Use the higher end of the baking chip range.
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a bowl, whisk almond flour, sweetener, and baking soda.
