Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp powdered Swerve or stevia
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ to ½ cup Lily's baking chips
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk almond flour, sweetener, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, avocado oil, and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients to form a dough.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10–12 min until golden. Cool 5 min on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
