Chocolate Chip Cookies

Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp powdered Swerve or stevia
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ to ½ cup Lily's baking chips
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk almond flour, sweetener, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, avocado oil, and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 min until golden. Cool 5 min on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
