Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups pistachios (roasted, unsalted or lightly salted)
  • 4 oz Lily’s white chocolate chips (stevia-sweetened)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup Fairlife 2% milk (or milk of choice)

Optional swaps:
– Sub Fairlife with unsweetened almond milk (lower calorie)
– Add 1–2 scoops vanilla protein powder to boost protein
– Add a pinch of sea salt or cardamom for a flavor twist

Instructions

  1. Add pistachios and white chocolate chips to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Pour in warm Fairlife milk and melted butter.
  3. Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  4. Adjust with extra milk if you want a thinner drizzle consistency.
