Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups pistachios, roasted unsalted or lightly salted
  • 4 oz Lily’s white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Fairlife 2% milk or milk of choice
  • optional pinch of sea salt or cardamom
  • optional 1–2 scoops vanilla protein powder
