Ingredients
- 1¼ cups pistachios (roasted, unsalted or lightly salted)
- 4 oz Lily’s white chocolate chips (stevia-sweetened)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¾ cup Fairlife 2% milk (or milk of choice)
Optional swaps:
– Sub Fairlife with unsweetened almond milk (lower calorie)
– Add 1–2 scoops vanilla protein powder to boost protein
– Add a pinch of sea salt or cardamom for a flavor twist
Instructions
- Add pistachios and white chocolate chips to a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Pour in warm Fairlife milk and melted butter.
- Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Adjust with extra milk if you want a thinner drizzle consistency.
