Naturally low in calories & sugar-free
Customizable: make it tart, sweet, or ultra-spicy depending on your vibe
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers (or 3–4 mini seedless) — peeled and seeds removed
Juice of 1–2 lemons (or ½ to 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice)
1 tbsp Tajin
½ tbsp powdered stevia (optional)
¼ cup I Love Chamoy Sugar-Free Chamoy
Fresh mint (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Prep the cucumbers: Peel and remove seeds if using large cucumbers. If using mini seedless, just chop and go.
Blend: Add cucumbers, lemon juice, stevia (if using), Tajin, and chamoy into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Chill it: Add a big handful of ice and blend again until slushy-like. You can also freeze the cucumber chunks ahead for an even icier texture.
Taste test: Add more chamoy, lemon, or stevia to taste depending on your flavor preferences.
Serve: Pour into a glass, sprinkle with extra Tajin, garnish with mint, and sip away.
Pro Tips & Variations
