Cucumber Chamoy Slush

Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers (or 3–4 mini seedless), peeled and seeds removed
- Juice of 1–2 lemons (or ½ to 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice)
- 1 tbsp Tajin
- ½ tbsp powdered stevia (optional)
- ¼ cup I Love Chamoy Sugar-Free Chamoy
- Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep Cucumbers: Peel and deseed if using large cucumbers. Chop mini seedless as is.
- Blend: Combine cucumbers, lemon juice, Tajin, stevia (if using), and chamoy in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Chill: Add a large handful of ice and blend again until slushy. Freeze cucumber chunks ahead of time for extra icy texture.
- Adjust: Taste and adjust with more lemon, chamoy, or stevia to your liking.
- Serve: Pour into a glass, top with extra Tajin and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
