Cucumber Chamoy Slush
A spicy-sour-sweet cucumber slush with Tajín and sugar-free chamoy.
This Cucumber Chamoy Slush is cold, tangy, spicy, and ridiculously refreshing. It’s the kind of low-calorie drink/snack that gives you flavor and volume without turning into a sugar bomb.

Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and seeds removed
- or 3–4 mini seedless cucumbers
- 1–2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp Tajín
- 1/2 tbsp powdered stevia, optional
- 1/4 cup I Love Chamoy sugar-free chamoy
- 1–2 cups ice, as needed
- optional fresh mint for garnish
- optional extra Tajín for rim or topping

Freeze the cucumber for a thicker slush.
Chop the cucumber and freeze it ahead of time if you want a more icy, spoonable texture without needing a ton of extra ice.

Instructions
- 1Peel and deseed large cucumbers. If using mini seedless cucumbers, simply chop them.
- 2Add cucumbers, lemon juice, Tajín, optional stevia, and sugar-free chamoy to a blender.
- 3Blend until smooth.
- 4Add a large handful of ice and blend again until slushy.
- 5Taste and adjust with more lemon, chamoy, Tajín, or sweetener as needed.
- 6Pour into glasses, top with extra Tajín, and garnish with mint if desired.
