Cucumber Chamoy Slush

A spicy-sour-sweet cucumber slush with Tajín and sugar-free chamoy.

This Cucumber Chamoy Slush is cold, tangy, spicy, and ridiculously refreshing. It’s the kind of low-calorie drink/snack that gives you flavor and volume without turning into a sugar bomb.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and seeds removed
  • or 3–4 mini seedless cucumbers
  • 1–2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Tajín
  • 1/2 tbsp powdered stevia, optional
  • 1/4 cup I Love Chamoy sugar-free chamoy
  • 1–2 cups ice, as needed
  • optional fresh mint for garnish
  • optional extra Tajín for rim or topping

Kev Tip

Freeze the cucumber for a thicker slush. Chop the cucumber and freeze it ahead of time if you want a more icy, spoonable texture without needing a ton of extra ice.
Make It Fit Your Macros Lower sodium: use less Tajín and chamoy.
Sweeter: add a little stevia or monk fruit.
Spicier: blend in a jalapeño slice or add hot sauce.
Storage / Variation Notes Best served fresh. Freeze leftovers into popsicle molds for spicy cucumber paletas.

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and deseed large cucumbers. If using mini seedless cucumbers, simply chop them.
  2. 2Add cucumbers, lemon juice, Tajín, optional stevia, and sugar-free chamoy to a blender.
  3. 3Blend until smooth.
  4. 4Add a large handful of ice and blend again until slushy.
  5. 5Taste and adjust with more lemon, chamoy, Tajín, or sweetener as needed.
  6. 6Pour into glasses, top with extra Tajín, and garnish with mint if desired.

Big flavor, very low calories. This is perfect when you want something cold, salty, spicy, sour, and sweet without using many calories.
No chamoy? Use lime juice, sugar-free hot sauce, chili powder, and a little sweetener to mimic the sweet-sour-spicy vibe.
