Why You’ll Love It

  • Hydrating & cooling from fresh cucumber

  • Sweet, sour, and spicy — that perfect chamoy x Tajin combo

  • Naturally low in calories & sugar-free

  • Customizable: make it tart, sweet, or ultra-spicy depending on your vibe

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers (or 3–4 mini seedless) — peeled and seeds removed

  • Juice of 1–2 lemons (or ½ to 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice)

  • 1 tbsp Tajin

  • ½ tbsp powdered stevia (optional)

  • ¼ cup I Love Chamoy Sugar-Free Chamoy

  • Fresh mint (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the cucumbers: Peel and remove seeds if using large cucumbers. If using mini seedless, just chop and go.

  2. Blend: Add cucumbers, lemon juice, stevia (if using), Tajin, and chamoy into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Chill it: Add a big handful of ice and blend again until slushy-like. You can also freeze the cucumber chunks ahead for an even icier texture.

  4. Taste test: Add more chamoy, lemon, or stevia to taste depending on your flavor preferences.

  5. Serve: Pour into a glass, sprinkle with extra Tajin, garnish with mint, and sip away.

Pro Tips & Variations

  • Want it spicy? Add a dash of hot sauce or blend in a slice of jalapeño.

  • No chamoy? Sub in a drizzle of lime juice + a little sugar-free hot sauce + a pinch of chili powder.
