Protein Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla whey/casein blend)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or 8g sugar-free pudding mix
- Pinch of salt
- 3 Catalina Crunch cookies, crushed (mix-ins)
Instructions
- Blend Base: Blend all ingredients (except cookies) until smooth.
- Freeze: Pour into Ninja Creami pint and freeze solid (24 hours).
