Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, whey/casein blend preferred
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream, optional for richer texture
  • 8g sugar-free pudding mix or 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • pinch salt
  • 3 Catalina Crunch cookies, crushed for mix-ins
  • optional splash of milk for respin

Kev Tip

Add the cookies after the base is creamy. Spin and respin the base first, then add crushed cookies on the Mix-In cycle so you keep that cookies-and-cream texture.
Make It Fit Your Macros Lower calorie: skip the heavy cream to reduce about 50 calories per serving.
Higher protein: use Fairlife for the full liquid amount or add 1/2 scoop more protein.
Lower carb: use fewer cookie pieces or a lower-carb crunchy mix-in.
Storage / Creami Notes Freeze flat for the best texture. If it refreezes hard, let it sit out briefly, add a splash of milk, and respin.

Instructions

  1. 1Blend Fairlife milk, almond milk, protein powder, optional heavy cream, pudding mix or xanthan gum, and salt until smooth.
  2. 2Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. 3Spin on Lite Ice Cream or Gelato mode.
  4. 4If the texture is powdery or crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin until creamy.
  5. 5Add crushed Catalina Crunch cookies and run the Mix-In cycle.
  6. 6Serve immediately for the best creamy texture.

Weight Loss / Dessert Swap Notes

This is a strong dessert swap. You get a real ice cream experience with protein built in. The biggest calorie swing comes from heavy cream and cookie mix-ins, so adjust those based on your goals.
Texture move. A whey/casein blend usually gives a creamier result than whey alone. Pudding mix also helps the pint taste less icy.
