Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla whey/casein blend)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or 8g sugar-free pudding mix
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 Catalina Crunch cookies, crushed (mix-ins)

Instructions

  1. Blend Base: Blend all ingredients (except cookies) until smooth.
  2. Freeze: Pour into Ninja Creami pint and freeze solid (24 hours).
  3. Spin: Process in Creami using "Lite Ice Cream" or "Gelato" mode.
  4. Respin if needed: Add a splash of milk and re-spin until creamy.
  5. Add Mix-ins: Use "Mix-In" setting to fold in crushed cookies.
