- 2.2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- 2.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 30 g light butter, plus extra to finish
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 270 g uncooked protein pasta, Goodles or Kaizen
- 350 g 1% milk
- 200 g reduced-fat cream cheese
- 100 g low-fat sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1.5 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
