Ingredients
- 1 cup Fairlife milk, 2% or fat-free
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp granulated sweetener, to taste
- pinch salt
- 1–2 graham crackers, crushed for mix-in
- optional light whipped topping or extra lime zest
Kev Tip
Make the lime flavor louder before freezing.
The flavor softens once frozen and spun, so the base should taste slightly more tart and sweet than you want the final pint to taste.

Lower calorie: use fat-free Fairlife and 1 graham cracker.
More dessert-like: use 2% Fairlife and 2 graham crackers.

Storage / Creami Notes
Freeze the pint on a flat surface for the best texture. If the first spin comes out powdery, add a splash of milk and respin. Add the graham crackers after spinning so they stay crunchy.
Instructions
- 1Whisk together the Fairlife milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
- 2Taste the base. It should be sweet, tart, and slightly stronger than you want the final Creami to taste.
- 3Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
- 4Spin on Lite Ice Cream.
- 5If needed, add a splash of milk and respin until creamy.
- 6Add crushed graham crackers and run the Mix-In function, or fold them in by hand for bigger crunchy pieces.
- 7Top with extra lime zest, a little whipped topping, or more graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Flavor Upgrade Options
Make it taste more like pie.
Add a tiny splash of coconut extract, a spoonful of light whipped topping after spinning, or a little extra graham cracker crumble on top instead of mixing it all in.
Texture move.
For the best crunch, use 1 graham cracker as the mix-in and save the second one for topping right before eating.
