Honey Vanilla Protein Latte
Creamy vanilla protein milk, espresso, honey, and ice for a coffee-shop style latte with actual protein.
This honey vanilla protein latte gives you the sweet coffee-shop vibe but with a better protein base. Transparent Labs Vanilla Whey blends into the milk for a creamy vanilla layer, while espresso and honey bring the classic latte flavor.

Protein Coffee Notes
Do not pour boiling espresso directly into dry protein powder. Mix protein with cold milk first, then add espresso over ice.

Coffee / Breakfast Notes
This works as coffee plus a protein boost.
It is not a full breakfast for most people, but it is a strong upgrade from a regular sweet latte if you want protein with your coffee.
Best texture move.
Use a shaker bottle or blender for the protein milk. Stirring whey directly into coffee usually gives a worse texture.
