  • ▢ 10–12 Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • ▢ 1 part grated carrots
  • ▢ ½ part thinly sliced red onions

🔥 Spicy Caesar-ish Dressing

  • ▢ 60g mayonnaise
  • ▢ 30g Greek yogurt
  • ▢ 10g anchovies, minced
  • ▢ 5g Calabrian chilies, jarred
  • ▢ 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ▢ Juice of ½ lemon

🔧 To Assemble

  1. Toss shredded Brussels, carrots, and onions in Caesar-ish dressing until coated.
  2. Lay down your wrap, layer in grilled chicken, and top with generous slaw.
  3. Wrap tightly, slice in half, and dig in!
