Spicy Caesar Chicken Wrap

Grilled chicken, crunchy Brussels sprout slaw, and a spicy Caesar-ish dressing in a low-carb wrap.

This spicy Caesar chicken wrap is crunchy, creamy, savory, and actually filling. The Brussels sprout slaw gives it texture, the chicken brings the protein, and the Calabrian Caesar-style dressing makes it feel like a restaurant wrap.

  • 1/2 part thinly sliced red onions

Spicy Caesar-ish Dressing

  • 60g mayonnaise

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Wrap Components

  • 1 low-carb wrap, such as Flatout, Egglife, or Mission
  • 4–6 oz grilled chicken breast
  • optional shaved Parmesan
  • optional hemp seeds for crunch
Chicken idea: Use grilled chicken breast or try Kev’s Blackened Chicken.

Kev Tip

Use a mandoline for the slaw. Thin Brussels sprouts make this wrap way better. You want crunch, not thick cabbage vibes.
Make It Fit Your Macros Lower calorie: use more Greek yogurt and less mayo in the dressing.
Higher protein: use 6 oz chicken or add extra grilled chicken on the side.
Plant-based: swap chicken for tofu or tempeh and use a vegan mayo.
Meal Prep Notes Store slaw, dressing, chicken, and wraps separately. Assemble right before eating so the wrap does not get soggy.

Instructions

  1. 1Thinly slice Brussels sprouts, grate carrots, and thinly slice red onion.
  2. 2Make the dressing by mixing mayo, Greek yogurt, anchovies, Calabrian chilies, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3Toss Brussels sprout slaw with enough dressing to coat. Start light, then add more as needed.
  4. 4Warm the wrap slightly so it is easier to fold.
  5. 5Add grilled chicken breast to the wrap.
  6. 6Top with a generous amount of spicy Caesar Brussels slaw.
  7. 7Add shaved Parmesan or hemp seeds if using.
  8. 8Wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.

Wrap / Lunch Notes

This is a high-protein lunch that does not feel boring. You get lean protein, crunch, spicy creaminess, and a lower-carb wrap to keep the meal satisfying without going heavy.
Best texture move. Toss the slaw right before assembling. If it sits too long dressed, the Brussels soften and lose that crunch.
