- ▢ 10–12 Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- ▢ 1 part grated carrots
- ▢ ½ part thinly sliced red onions
🔥 Spicy Caesar-ish Dressing
- ▢ 60g mayonnaise
- ▢ 30g Greek yogurt
- ▢ 10g anchovies, minced
- ▢ 5g Calabrian chilies, jarred
- ▢ 1 clove garlic, minced
- ▢ Juice of ½ lemon
🌯 Remaining Wrap Components
- ▢ 1 low-carb wrap (Flatout, Egglife, or Mission)
- ▢ 4–6 oz grilled chicken breast (Try Kev's Blackened Chicken)
🔧 To Assemble
- Toss shredded Brussels, carrots, and onions in Caesar-ish dressing until coated.
- Lay down your wrap, layer in grilled chicken, and top with generous slaw.
- Wrap tightly, slice in half, and dig in!
